Work shoes now a lot more comfortable and leaves me with more energy at the end of the day since I'm not sore. Size guide on the pad ran slightly larger on the shoes when I cut for my shoe size, so I had to cut more. But that was a non-issue.

The insoles provide excellent cushioning and support with out being bulky. Easy to size.

I took out the insoles from my Patagonia loafers, trimmed the new ones just a bit for a perfect size 13. I needed a thin insole, too thick and my foot would not fit in comfortably. These insoles provide just the right amount of cushioning under my heel and toe box.

Every time I buy new shoes, I get a pair of these to toss in. Feels like walking on air. Just make sure you cut them to size properly or they can slide around on you. Err on the side of keeping them too big. You can always whittle them down, but you can't make them bigger!

Had a buddy recommended these for plantar fasciitis, pain went away and resolved in a few days!

I have ordered various insoles in the past years. These have worked the best. Not only do they give support, but make any shoe more comfortable. My heel feels good, arch gets support, and front cushion is great for my forefoot which sometimes gives me problems.
