Currently I have four different sleeves for my knees. This one is my favorite. It is firm enough to support my unstable knees and light enough to go underneath my pants - even my tapered pants. It stays in place all day. I do have minimal swelling at the bottom of the sleeve when I sit too long - but that is due to my own anatomy - not the sleeve.

Best knee sleeve. I have tried them all and all have failed . This sleeve leaves me feeling stable, balanced and my pain level is now doable.

After weeks of research, this sleeve works perfectly for what I needed. It is more expensive then other ones. The saying goes: you only get what you pay for. Top notch and well worth the extra bucks. I have arthritis and a torn meniscus. Wearing it all day with comfort and support. My measurement was 23 1/2 inches. XXL fits 22-24”. This is a little snug, but gives me great support. I would definitely recommend it.

It does exactly what my knee needed

I was diagnosed with meniscus tear that was repaired, resulting in arthritic knee that has gotten progressively worse in terms of pain since 2004. The OrthoSleeve knee brace was an excellent choice for me--with this brace, pain reduced, stabilization provided, and added to flexibility because I was able to move about and even exercise. Be sure to measure knee as directed before ordering. I would highly recommend this item.

have tried several knee supports this one by far most comfortable and provides support my measurements match with size large and kept but x-large was more comfortable and not too big.

I’ve needed knee support for yrs so I can stay active without knee pain (from an old ski injury). I’ve used braces and supports that all worked, but we’re heavy and uncomfortable. I have been searching for something lighter weight, comfortable, easy to put on and (most importantly) offers enough support so I can continue playing sports without pain. This sleeve is exactly what I hoped for! I highly recommend.

The support is not strong but it does give enough that my knee feels much better with it than without it. I usually buy x-large and for a 2 xl based on reviews so maybe there would be more support at the smaller size. However, I value the comfort of not too snug. it stays up, no problem at all. I can wear it while wearing shorts and it looks Great! It blends so well with my skin, that you don't really even see it and it compresses some knee swelling I have so my leg looks damn good. Very happy with this purchase.

I have IT band syndrome and ordered this sleeve after extreme swelling occurred on the outside of my knee a few weeks postpartum. As soon as I put the sleeve on, I felt pain relief and better mobility. I'm hoping the sleeve will keep swelling down and allow me to do the physical therapy exercises needed to rehab the situation. Size-wise it was perfect: I measured 25" and ordered the 3XL. It doesn't dig into my skin, stays up, and is quite comfortable. You can see the indent when I wear leggings but it's not super obvious. I will definitely be ordering more.

Very comfortable. I wore it in very hot temperatures (Arizona in August), and it was comfortable. I'm heavy, and it did not roll down as other knee sleeves have done. I will be ordering a 2nd one.

Perfect purchase! I have legs of size 😉 but that didn't cause an issue with this product. It fit perfectly. It stayed up without rolling down for the most part of the day until I was ready to remove it. If you are a plus size cutie and need knee support for an injury or arthritis, etc. This product works.
